The FemtoJack – Reduces Phone Bills And Also Works As A Cell Phone Signal Booster
If you are a magic Jack user or have heard of it and think it is a good idea then you are in for another treat with Ymax’s recent announcement of it’s soon to be released new product, the femtoJack. The femtoJack is like the magicJack phone in that it provides users with unlimited local and long distance calling but different in that it works with mobile phones as opposed to a landline phone.
The main advantage of the femtoJack was quickly tabbed as it’s ability to work wirelessly with cell phones to provide unlimited minutes and reduced phone costs but I am here to point out another major benefit of the femtoJack that most people are missing. There’s no doubt that it’s main function is to work wirelessly with cell phones in order to provide unlimited cheap minutes but others may find this other benefit to be more useful for their situation.
This other major benefit of the femtoJack is it’s the ability to work as a cell phone signal booster. The femtoJack uses femtocell technology which means that it sends out it’s own signal and creates it’s own mini cell network that is roughly the size of the average American home. Since the femtoJack sends out it’s own signal this means that it is completely independent of a mobile carriers signal and therefore can work as a cell signal booster of sorts. The result of the femtoJack is a solid, strong signal in an area where you mobile providers tower may not provide one.
The benefits provided by the femtoJack are two fold in both providing unlimited calls at a low cost and also helping to improve cell service indoors. Both of these are major concerns that consumers have been looking for a solution to for quite sometime now. Unfortunately mobile carriers haven’t been able to come up with a solution to these issues and as a result Ymax Corporation has come to the rescue.
For people who are fed up with high landline and cell phone bills and/or sick of having dropped calls in their homes the femtoJack is a great solution to these problems. If you are interested in the femtoJack you will have to wait for it’s release though. Currently mobile carriers are working hard to block it’s FCC approval so that they can keep raking in cash while overcharging their customer for unsatisfactory service.
