Download of Google Reader Widget mod version for Symbian S60 V3/V5
As the right softkey of original Google Reader Widget is exit, it is quite annoying to press this key by mistake. So somebody (forumz from bbs.dospy.com) made a mod version of the original Google Reader Widget to make it more convenient to use.
Tested on Nokia E63
Changes of the mod version:
1. Right softkey – go back to previous pages;
2. Left softkey – Menu includes:
- Label – go to the label page of Google Reader
- Home – go to the home page of Google Reader
- Refresh – Refresh current page
- Forward – opposite operation of Back (function of right softkey)
- Menu -> Hide/Show – hide or show the label of softkeys
3. Switching language of menu automatically according to the language setting
Please use the left softkey -> Exit to quit the widget
Installation:
Copy greader_mod.wgz to memory card from the compressed file, then open it in file manager to install it.
Make sure your mobile phone supports widget, otherwise it cannot be installed.
Support WRT1.0 Widgets: S60 3rd FP2 and some S60 3rd FP1 with new firmwares.
Support WRT1.0/1.1 Widgets: S60 5th model.
Uninstallation: Use the “remove” option of the system to uninstall.
